this stunning young lady had an absolute perfect day for her senior pictures. we had a few cancellations leading up to this due to weather, concerts, illness, and more. but. BUT. i think it was all meant to be – this day was beautiful. thank you (and your mom) for spending the day with me. i had such a GREAT time with you both! you make my job exactly what it is – fun.

Meet LeAnne and Shae. Best friends. Partners in crime. And in 2015 they were some of the newest members of the graduating class. Both of them had such outstanding personalities and the truly fed off of one another. We laughed. We joked. We had such a wonderful time capturing such beautiful moments.

Girls, I wish you both the best. You are, without a doubt, going to do wonderful things in life.

meet shelby. she is gearing up to graduate in just a few short weeks. and shelby is one of the sweetest, more personable, outgoing, and funny young women i’ve had the pleasure of meeting. from the very start she was relaxed. she was so happy and fully of wonderful ideas. in my opinion – she rocked her senior session. i mean, rocked.

shelby, you are beautiful. gorgeous. and so full of life. you are going to truly do big and wonderful things in the future and i wish you nothing but the best this world has to offer.

meet sierra. she’s a member of the 2015 graduating class. she is beautiful – i mean, LOOK at those eyes! she is sweet. she is kind. she is dreaming big and i have a feeling she’s going to achieve a lot of her goals. i spent the day with her (and her mom) and truly enjoyed every single moment. some of the kindest and most down to earth people i’ve met.

{mallory & madison: class of 2015}

meet the shaw girls. madison and mallory. mallory is a HUGE cardinal’s fan. like die hard. and madison, while quiet around me, i caught her snickering with her sister at times. madison sings in her choir and mallory has plans of studying history. and the two of them were simply so kind. so sweet. so easy to be around. they will soon be graduating and leaving mama’s nest (which i could see mama’s heart breaking). they are wonderful young women and i truly enjoyed every moment with them. thank you for braving the chilly morning. it was totally worth it.

congrats to you both. you are both going to do wonderful things in life, i just know it.

meet anna. look at her. she is beautiful. the sass. the smiles. the dimples. such a beautiful young woman who has plans of being a pediatric nurse when she heads off to college next year. and trust me, she’s going to be amazing at it. he was such a delight to work with. so happy. so excited. just a breath of fresh air.

meet bailey. she is a proud member of the class of 2015. she is beautiful. she is smart. she is full of life and has big plans. it’s nice to be surrounded with someone like her. after all, she is our future. thankfully she was a breath of fresh air.

{michael: class of 2015}

meet michael. he is starting his senior year at bishop dubourg in just a few weeks. and wow – my senior year was so long ago. while working with michael we talked about college plans, soccer, and what he plans on majoring in. it’s crazy to think that what feels like not that long ago for myself – really WAS that long ago. it’s so fun working with kids like michael. hearing his future plans and hopes. it’s nice to see such a fresh breath of air in someone like him; he is our future after all.

michael, i wish you so much luck. you come from such a good and kind family. i have a feeling you’re going to be just fine.

meet kelli. she is well on her way in this world. she graduates in 2014 and then is off on the road of life. and man, she has it figured out. she’s truly a breath of fresh air. hope that there is good still in this world. she works hard. she studies hard. she’s going to do big things in her life. and just spending the little amount of time together that we did, i can promise you she is truly an example of hard work and dedication paying off. big time.

kelli, be proud of yourself. you’re doing great things with your life. i’m so fortunate to have met you and your family. my life is a bit brighter after doing so.

meet collin. a member of the class of 2014. and a real trooper. it was a tad chilly this particular evening, but collin managed to squeeze in some smiles, wardrobe changes and laughter regardless.
